Welcome to Bathroom Yoga

This website offers safe and effective tutorials on exercise for all ages.  Above are our 4 main categories of videos to help you and your family learn more about exercise form.   Also, make sure to check out the Blog for encouraging stories and helpful tips. 

Our goal at Bathroom Yoga is to encourage exercise. Regular exercise is one of the keys to a happy and healthy life.

The name Bathroom Yoga came from the idea that we can fit in exercise throughout our day. Maybe a set of squats while I’m waiting for my coffee to brew or a set of pushups while the shower heats up.

I challenge myself and friends to aim for 20 minutes or 20 exercises everyday. We created a game to see who could exercise for 20 minutes a day for 50 days straight. We’ve had fun and created a healthy habit of regular exercise. Feel free to share our site with your friends. We hope to encourage exercise.
